The reversible hinge comprises two parts (2,2') that are fixed on elements, which are hinged to establish its junction with possibility of relative rotation. A rotating shaft defines axis of rotation of the hinge, where the hinge has a flat blade (21) that is provided with holes (22) for mounting fastening screws to the support element or folding element. A passage (23) is provided for mounting the rotating shaft, where the passage is centered to the blade.
