PURPOSE: A loading compartment of a top vehicle with a height control device is provided to utilize the loading space to the utmost by forming a pulley and a wire to a guide of the loading compartment and controlling the height of the loading compartment by a motor. CONSTITUTION: A loading compartment of a top vehicle with a height control device has an inner container body(1) one side of which is opened and a cover part(2). Guide grooves(11) and guides formed to the inner container body and the cover part are combined and slid. The cover part is hoisted or lowered. Pulleys(12) are formed to the upper parts of four guide grooves of the inner container body. The guides are formed to the lower end of the cover part corresponding to the guide grooves. A motor(13) and a reducer(14) are formed to a middle side of the bottom surface of the inner container body. Pulleys(17,17') for winding are formed to a rotating shaft(16). Pulleys(18,18') for direction conversion are formed to extension lines of the guide grooves. A wire(3) is connected to the upper end of the guide of the cover part and the wire is wound around the first pulley for winding via the pulley of the guide groove and via the pulleys for direction conversion of the lower part of the inner container body. A wire(4) is connected to the lower end of the guide of the cover part and the wire is wound around the second pulley for winding via the pulleys for direction conversion of the lower part of the inner container body.
