PURPOSE: An operation auxiliary device of a hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder is provided to double the operation force of the cylinder and minimize the size thereof. CONSTITUTION: In an operation auxiliary device of a hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder(2'), a supports(21,22) are integrally formed to an upper and lower parts of a cylinder rod(2) and an elastic member(1) is interposed between the support and the cylinder rod so that the operation force of the cylinder rod is doubled by the elasticity.
