TRANSPARENT HOLOGRAM TRANSFER PRINTINGS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A transparent hologram transfer printings and a preparation method thereof are provided not to lose an image even at a dye sublimation transfer temperature. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the transparent hologram transfer printings comprises the steps of: applying a non-yellowing urethane primer layer(30) on a backside of a substrate film layer(20) of OPP or PET film; applying a thermosetting acrylic modified urethane lacquer layer(40) on a backside of the primer layer; depositing a transparent metal deposit layer(50) on a backside of the lacquer layer using a metal oxide of emulsified zinc or silicon oxide; imprinting a hologram pattern on the lacquer layer at 200 deg.C; applying EVA or EEA based hot melt type crosslinking adhesive layer(60) on a backside of the deposit layer; laminating a material layer composed of steel plate, aluminium plate, plastic, tile, medium density fiber plate or wood on a backside of the adhesive layer in a hot press lamination mode; and dye sublimation transferring an ink printing layer(10) on the substrate film layer(20) at 230 deg.C.
