PURPOSE: A method for managing a mobile communication system is provided to receive system information from a mobile communication management system by using a terminal even though an operator is not located in the management system, or to control the system, thereby remotely managing a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication management system stores an IMSI(International Mobile Station Identity) or an ESN(Electronic Serial Number) to register a terminal(S310). The mobile communication management system collects system information from a lower mobile communication system(S320). The mobile communication system supplies the collected system information to an operator according to the operator's system information request through the registered terminal, and controls the system according to the operator's system control request(S330).
