PURPOSE: A device for collecting aquatic microscopic-life is provided, thereby reducing the effects of tide and ocean current on the device to minimize damage of the device, and easily handling the device when a user collects the aquatic microscopic-life. CONSTITUTION: The device for collecting aquatic microscopic-life comprises a plurality of collecting vessels(100) having opened upper parts and numerous axis-directed slots in its outer circumference, and containing porous foaming agent; a central supporting shaft(40) having connection portions in its both ends; a lower plate(5) positioned under the central supporting shaft(40), on which the collecting vessels(100) are vertically placed, and a lower frame(10) supporting the bottom of the lower plate(5) and encompassing the border of the lower plate(5); an upper plate(15) positioned in the upper part of the central shaft(40) to have an interval corresponding to the height of collecting vessels(100) from the lower plate(5) and having at least one inlet/outlet hole(17), and an upper frame(20) encompassing the boarder of the upper plate(15), permitting the rotation of the upper plate(15); and a middle disposition plate located between the lower plate(5) and upper plate(15), and having a shape to fix the collecting vessels(100) and numerous fixing holes formed by the disposition rule, and a middle frame(30) encompassing the boarder of the middle plate.
