PURPOSE: A complex apparatus for monitoring a living body signal is provided to report a present position and living body information at an emergency state by adhering a CDMA module at a main data center. CONSTITUTION: A complex apparatus for monitoring a living body signal includes a left and a right shoulder strap(10), a main data center(20), and a wristwatch terminal(30). A small-sized speaker(11), an antenna(12) of a GPS(Global Positioning System), and a module(13) of the GPS are installed at the left and the right shoulder straps. A connector(15), an acceleration sensor(16), a microphone(17), an electrode(18), and a controller(19) are installed at a breast belt(14). A stop button(31), a start button(32), and a display mode button(33) are installed at the wristwatch terminal(30).
