摘要 PURPOSE: A method for detecting a target molecule using a microwire formed by gold colloidal particles is provided, thereby detecting the presence and concentration of protein without additional detection solution such as silver. CONSTITUTION: The method for detecting a target molecule using a microwire formed by gold colloidal particles comprises the steps of: (a) fixing a first probe on a board with electrode; (b) reacting a target molecule with the first probe on the board; (c) reacting gold colloidal particles coated with a second probe with the reaction product of the first probe and target molecule; and (d) making the alternating current electric field using the electrode and measuring the electrical signal, wherein the first probe and second probe specifically bind with the target molecule and independently recognize different regions of the target molecule; and the first probe and second probe is antibody, enzyme, substrate, inhibitor or cofactor.
