This invention concern the design of a cylindrical electrode for the removing or reducing or adding of static charges in the surroundings by ionizing the molecules in the air. This invention solves this problem by an electrode with a cavity, or a hole, in the centre of the active end, the remaining material around the hole or cavity is forming an edge around the peripheral of the electrode. This edge is the active part and ionizes the molecules in the air. |
