PURPOSE: A powertrain control unit-mounting device of a vehicle is provided to reduce the cost and the weight, improve work efficiency, improve maintainability, and reduce an electric failure rate of an engine and the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A powertrain control unit-mounting device of a vehicle includes a PCU(Powertrain Control Unit,220) mounted in a space between an air cleaner(240) and a junction box(210) spaced apart from the side of the air cleaner and fixed to a vehicle body, in an engine room of the vehicle, to execute functions of an ECU(Engine Control Unit) and a TCU(Transmission Control Unit). The powertrain control unit-mounting device comprises an air cleaner-mounting bracket(300) fixed to the vehicle body at a position in the engine room where the air cleaner is mounted; a PCU-mounting bracket(310) connected to the side of the air cleaner-mounting bracket; and a control wire connecting the PCU and the junction box. The PCU is located and combined to the PCU-mounting bracket.
