PURPOSE: An health support machine is provided to massage a tensioned muscle, recover from fatigue, and dissolve the abdominal fat by shaking a whole body or applying vibration to the whole body in various postures such as a sitting or lying posture on a moving frame. CONSTITUTION: The health support machine comprises a body with supports(11) formed at the four quarters to have a predetermined height from the ground and a support frame(13) being a rectangle on the upper of the support; a moving frame(20) safely placed to be movable on the support frame with a wheel(22) at the four quarters of the lower part and a mat(21) having a predetermined cushion on the upper part; and a support frame operation unit(30) with a fixing bolt(23) at the front lower part of the moving frame(20), a power generating unit with an eccentric cam on the rear lower part of the moving frame, and a rod between the eccentric cam and the fixing district.
