PURPOSE: A system for managing a processor state is provided to manage each processor state in full mesh system, in order to obtain exact processor state information by processors, then to supply the exact processor state information, thereby reducing loads of the processors. CONSTITUTION: An SMP(System Management Processor)(40) comprises as follows. The first state information DB(41) stores state information of an NCP(Network Control Processor)(50) and an LMP(Location Management Processor)(60). The first processor management block(42) collects the state information to store the information in the first state information DB(41), and supplies self state information to the NCP(50) and the LMP(60). The NCP(50) comprises as follows. The second state information DB(51) stores state information of the SMP(40) and the LMP(60). The second processor management block(52) collects the state information to store the information, and supplies self state information to the SMP(40) and the LMP(60). The LMP(60) comprises as follows. The third state information DB(61) stores state information of the SMP(40) and the NCP(50). The third processor management block(62) collects the state information, and supplies self state information to the SMP(40) and the NCP(50).
