PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing chitosan containing toasted laver is provided, thereby improving taste, flavor and nutrients of toasted laver, and giving healthful effects of chitosan to toasted laver. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing chitosan containing toasted laver comprises the steps of: drying fresh laver to have water content of 15 to 18%and selecting dried laver; covering the dried laver with mixed oil consisting of 80 to 90% of bean oil and 10 to 20% of sesame oil; toasting the oil covered laver at 180 to 220 deg. C for 3 to 7 seconds; covering the first toasted laver with the mixed oil; drying the skin of Crustacea at 40 to 60 deg. C for 4 to 5 hours and pulverizing the dried skin of Crustacea to prepare chitosan containing Crustacea skin powder; spraying the chitosan containing Crustacea skin powder and salt on the toasted laver; toasting the chitosan and salt sprayed laver at 280 to 320 deg. C for 3 to 7 seconds; and numbering, cutting and packaging the toasted laver. |
