PURPOSE: Provided is a waste treating machine which eliminates bad-smelling materials contained in vapor and gas discharged to the outside and reuses thermal energy in the discharged vapor and gas to treat the waste. CONSTITUTION: The waste treating machine comprises an outer tank(51) installed on the inside of a case, an inner tank(52) installed on the inside of the outer tank, formed a closed space part for condensing(53) on the inner side of the outer tank, a heater device(57) installed on the upper part of the inner tank and generating heat by applying power source thereto, a ventilating fan(58) installed near the heater device to ventilate heat of the waste, a discharge pipe(60) one end part of which is connected to the inner tank and the other end part of which is connected to the space part for condensing to make vapor and gas discharged from the inner tank flow in the space part for condensing, a deodorizing machine(62) connected to the discharge pipe to remove bad smell contained in the vapor and gas flown in through the discharge pipe, a collecting pipe(61) connected to the space part for condensing to guide flowing of the condensed water condensed in the space part for condensing and form a flow path and a condensed water storing container(64) connected to the collecting pipe to store the condensed water.
