PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to prevent differences between left and right magnetic fields and unbalance of screen by minimizing differences between left and right slips of deflection coil. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a bobbin(100) for feeding a coil(C); a winding mold(500) arranged to be rotatable, and which winds the coil into the designed shape of a deflection coil; a main tension control unit(200) arranged between the bobbin and the winding mold in such a manner that the main tension control is rotatable, wherein the main tension control unit is equipped with a magnet(202) for generating a magnetic force when a power is applied; a plurality of main guide rollers(300) arranged to be rotatable, and which guide the coil passed through the main tension control unit and add a predetermined tension force to the coil; an auxiliary guide roller(400) arranged between the main guide roller and the winding mold in such a manner that the auxiliary guide roller is rotatable and guides the coil in a horizontal direction; and an auxiliary tension control unit(600) arranged between the main guide roller and the auxiliary guide roller in such a manner that the auxiliary tension control unit is rotatable, wherein the auxiliary tension control unit is equipped with a magnet(602) for generating a magnetic force when a power is applied.
