PURPOSE: A device for preventing a lift from falling in a parking system is provided to improve the safety and the efficiency of the parking system by restricting the lift and vehicles thereon from being dropped in spite of breakage of the chain or the rope from wrong operation of the parking system. CONSTITUTION: A fall preventing device(200) of a lift(120) of a parking system is composed of a base(210) fixed to a guide rail(100); a fitting part(230) turnably installed in the base, and turned between a first position overlapped on a moving passage(102) of an arm(122) of the lift along the guide rail and a second position not to be overlapped with the moving passage; an elastic member(240) inclining the fitting part from the second position toward the first position; and a stopper(214) stopping the fitting part moved by the elastic member at the first position.
