OIL SEPARATOR FOR COOLING AND HEATING APPARATUS USING HYDROGEN-STORAGE ALLOYS

PURPOSE: An oil separator for a cooling and heating apparatus using hydrogen-storage alloys is provided to prevent oil from moving into reactors having a hydrogen-storage alloy inside, thereby preventing the performance of the reactors from lowering. CONSTITUTION: A container(601) has an inflow port(602) for moving a mixed fluid of hydrogen and oil discharged from a compressor into the container, and a discharge port(603) for discharging hydrogen gas from the mixed fluid. A net(604) for oil separation is installed in association with an inner wall surface of the container for separating oil from the mixed fluid. An oil recovery pipe(61) recovers oil collected by the container to the compressor. A switch valve opens and shuts an entrance of the oil recovery pipe according to an amount of oil collected in the container.
