PURPOSE: A closed sectional roll forming apparatus is provided which reduces cost and increases stiffness of product by completing a closed sectional product at one time using a pipe instead of a conventional board material. CONSTITUTION: The closed sectional roll forming apparatus is characterized in that a plural roll forming units(20,30,40,50,...,n) comprising at least two or more of rolls rotationally installed are installed in an in-line shape, the plural roll forming units comprise respective rolls having different shape per processes, and the pipe is injected and transferred per the respective processes with a pipe (P) being injected between the plural roll forming units so that the pipe is sequentially formed by the plural roll forming units to complete a closed sectional product (B), wherein first roll forming unit(20) comprises first to fourth rolls(21-24), and n th roll forming unit (n) comprises first to fourth rolls (n1-n4).
