PURPOSE: A device for cutting lump of fine coal in molded coal press equipment is provided to improve molded coal manufacturing productivity by preventing the mixture from being agglomerated as fine coal mixed with molasses is being rotated in feeder of the press equipment and crushing the lump when fine coal lump is formed. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises upper knife means(20) a plurality of which are fixed along a bracket(10) fixed to an inner upper part of feeder(110); and lower knife means(40) a plurality of which are installed on a rotation blade(120) so that the lower knife means cut fine coal with being cooperated with the upper knife means, wherein the upper and lower knife means comprise bodies(24,44) comprising inclination parts(22,42) integrally formed at parts of the bodies contacted with each other to increase fine coal cutting efficiency; and knives(26,46) made of a material having high hardness and fixed to the inclination parts, wherein the upper and lower knife means are installed on the bracket and the rotation blade respectively in such a way that positions of the upper and lower knife means are adjusted, and wherein the upper knife means are arranged perpendicularly to bracket at least one of that is horizontally fixed to the inner wall surface(110a) of the feeder with the upper knife means being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, the lower knife means are arranged perpendicularly to at least any one of the rotation blade with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, and the lower knife means and the upper knife means are alternately moved.
