PURPOSE: A tensioner with a tension adjustment function is provided to apply uniform tensioning force to a thin film while adjusting the tensioning force by simply controlling the tensioner. CONSTITUTION: A tensioner(100) includes a vice(110) having a clamp structure installed on a bed(101) for gripping a thin film. A sliding rod(121) having an elastic member(122) is slidably installed on the vice(110). An actuating device(130) is provided to apply tensioning force to the thin film. A clamp(111) forming the vice(110) includes a pressing plate(111b). A pressing screw is installed on the clamp(111). A gripping lever is provided to provide pressing force to a clamp member(111a) of the clamp(111). The pressing force of the gripping lever(113) is transferred to the clamp member(111a) through a connecting rod.
