PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and structure of an air boat is provided to minimize water resistance and to reduce manufacturing costs by integrating a stem unit with a central unit. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an air boat comprises the steps of: cutting a stem unit(220) and a central unit(240) integrated with the stem unit from rubber film materials(100); seaming the stem unit and the central unit together; cutting a stern unit(260) from the rubber film material; and seaming and connecting the stern unit to the central unit.
