The present discloses a blind control apparatus including a union mechanism, having a driving force inlet unit and driving force outlet unit, installed in a blind headrail and is controlled to move a blind body for regulating light, air, etc.; and a connected independent operation device with dislodgment capacity from the driving force inlet unit of the union mechanism. The operation device has an operation portion to allow the user to hold and an actuating portion for connecting the operation device to the driving force inlet unit and turning the driving force inlet unit while operating the operation portion.
