PURPOSE: A roof carrier for a truck is provided to store a cover or a rope by attaching a closed type carrier on the roof panel of a truck and to use a roof carrier as a spoiler depending on the loading condition. CONSTITUTION: A tray lower body(2) forms a roof carrier(1). A stream upper body(3) has a streamlined part(5), a stepping part(6), front hooks, and rear hooks. Hinges(4,4') are installed on both points of the front end combined with the stream upper body. A latch is installed in the rear portion of the tray lower body. The upper and lower bodies are connected via a first fixing hook in the center of the stream upper body to form the outer shape of the roof carrier. A torsion bar generates a rotational repulsive force by centering upon a torsion bar bracket. The rotational repulsive pressure pushes a holder out to open the stream upper body.
