THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION WITH EXCELLENT RELEASABILITY

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided, to improve releasability in thermal deposition with minimizing the deterioration of impact strength, fluidity and heat resistance by not using an ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) resin. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises (A) 30-50 parts by weight of an ASA (acrylic rubber-styrene-acrylonitrile) resin which contains 40-60 wt% of a rubbery polymer with an average particle size of 0.08-0.50 micrometers; (B) 10-20 parts by weight of an N-phenyl maleimide-containing copolymer; (C) 30-60 parts by weight of a SAN (styrene-acrylonitrile) resin; and 0.1-1 parts by weight of a metal lubricant based on 100 parts by weight of (A)+(B)+(C). Preferably the composition comprises further 0.02-1 parts by weight of a silicone oil-based impact modifier based on 100 parts by weight of (A)+(B)+(C).
