The tyre consists of a reinforced crown, two beads (2) that make contact with wheel rim seats, and two sidewalls (1) connecting the crown to the beads, which contain an anchoring structure (20) for the tyre's carcass reinforcement (3). Each bead contains a rubber separating mixture (11, 12) on either side of the carcass reinforcement anchoring structure that has a modulus of elasticity at 10 per cent deformation that is lower than half that of the anchoring rubber mixture (9). Each bead also has a protective outer layer (50) with a modulus of elasticity at 10 per cent of at least 10 MPa. |
