PURPOSE: A plastic ampule with a new neck structure is provided to make it more convenient to use the plastic ampule manufactured through the BFS by the neck structure efficiently using a substance property of plastics. CONSTITUTION: The plastic ampule including a body portion for storing matter(200) and a cover portion formed as one with the body portion and removed upon use comprises a neck extended from a storing case for containing the matter(200) to the cover portion. The neck has an opening width being 1/2.5 to 1/1.5 times over the width of the body portion and is projected 1/5 to 1/3 times as high as the body portion. The projected portion from the upper side of the body portion to the upper side of the neck is tapered.
