PURPOSE: A transfected cell line for producing 5α-reductase is provided, thereby stably producing and easily isolating 5α-reductase, and effectively screening 5α-reductase inhibitors, and reducing the time and costs for isolating 5α-reductase. CONSTITUTION: The transfected cell line for producing 5α-reductase is PRDCC5AR2 (KCLRF-BP-00072), wherein the transfected cell line for producing 5α-reductase PRDCC5AR2 (KCLRF-BP-00072) is produced by transfection of an expression vector 3XFLAGpCMV5AR2 into a cell HEK 293; and the expression vector 3XFLAGpCMV5AR2 expresses a protein with 3X-FLAG tag peptide in the N-terminal of 5α-reductase in order to be easily isolated.
