PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of tooth paste containing gold particles. The manufactured tooth paste has excellent inhibition effect on oral bacteria, neutralizes organic acid produced by plaque. Therefore, it prevents tooth decay. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tooth paste containing gold particles comprises the steps of: mixing oil and fat, with surfactant and heating the mixture at 70-90 deg.C; adding sorbitol, glycerine and purified water to the mixture to give gel; mixing polishing agent, foaming agent, coloring and perfumery with the gel; and adding 0.01-10% of gold particles having a particle size of 10-200 micro meters thereto.
