PURPOSE: A device for cutting the seat belt webbing of a vehicle is provided to easily cut a seat belt by using the explosion of the explosive in a seat belt webbing cutting device in an emergency. CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting the seat belt webbing of a vehicle comprises a base panel(12) installed on a center pillar trim and having a base groove(18), a cylinder formed integral to the base panel and including a cutter(20) and an explosive(22), a detonator(26) installed on one face of the cylinder, a percussion case(28) including a percussion unit(32) while being backed off by a compression spring(30) to percuss the detonator, and a percussion lever(34) having a latch(36) and a press terminal(38). A through hole(24) through which a seat belt(10) passes is formed between the base panel and the cylinder.
