Method for water-proofing treatment of non-uniform by permeability beds includes pump-in of water-proofing composition to the beds, its composition includes, mass %: 0.1 - 5 of cation-active surface-active substance (SAS), 0.1 -5 of nonionic SAS on the basis of mono- and polyatomic spirits or phenols, 0.1 -6 of nonionic SAS on the basis of carboxylic acids or derivatives of those, 80 - 86 of hydrocarbon liquid, water is the rest. It provides increase of permeability of filtration channels and increase of flow rate of the well.
