PURPOSE: A synthetic resin pipe connecting tool and a method using projection and arm flanges are provided to firmly connect a synthetic resin pipe and a flange by after-treating and processing the surface of the flange and connecting fusing surfaces to the synthetic resin pipe in a rotation molding method and to prevent deformation caused by contraction of the flange after molding. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin pipe connecting tool comprises a projection flange(2) connected to one side of a synthetic resin pipe(1,1') and composed of a contact unit(11) formed at the outside, an inclined surface(5) protruded inward, and a plane(7) formed in the front end; an arm flange(3) connected to the other side of the synthetic resin pipe and composed of an inclined surface(6) formed inward from the outside and a fusing surface(8) arranged inside with corresponding to the plane; and a circular fusing lath(9) integrally fixed to one of the plane or the fusing surface.
