The method for preparing the liquid drug formulation possessing sedative and hypnotic activity is based on the ethanolic tinctures of the herbal material. First, the tinctures of the motherwort and the hop cones are prepared and mixed. The mint oil is added to the mixture. Separately, the solution of Zopiclon in aqueous and ethanolic solution of the citric acid is prepared. The solutions are mixed. Finally, glycerol and the purified water are added upon mixing.
