The invention relates to novel selective herbicidal agents containing a combination of active ingredients, which consist of substituted arylsulfonylaminocarbonyl triazolinones and/or their salts and at least one compound, which improves the compatibility of cultivated plants and is contained in the following group of compounds of general formula (II), wherein n, m, X, Y, Z are defined as per the description. The agents can be used with particular success for selective weed control in the cultivation of various useful plants. The invention also relates to the use of said agent for controlling undesired plant growth and to the corresponding method for said use. (II)
