Tool for chamfering and de-burring the end tooth edges of spur-toothed and helical gear wheels comprises at least one de-burring wheel (1, 2) arranged at the end of the workpiece and meshing with the workpiece, and a spacer disk arranged axially next to the de-burring wheel and fixed to the de-burring wheel and meshing with the workpiece. The spacer disk is divided into at least two disks (3, 4) adjustably connected to each other and each formed via a part of the periphery as a driver wheel and via the remaining part of the periphery as the edge zones of the smoothing wheel processing the tooth face. Preferred Features: The two disks are offset in the peripheral direction so that the region of one disk serving as the smoothing wheel lies opposite the region of the other disk serving as the drive wheel. |
