A METHOD FOR REPROCESSING MéLANGES

The method concerns the fields of chemical and defense industries, in particular neutralization and utilization of substandard mélanges û oxidizers of the rocket fuel. A method for reprocessing mélanges, including substandard ones consists in that the mélange is mixed with multicomponent solution containing nitric acid; nitrogen oxides hydrolysis is performed, the hydrolysis product is neutralised and on the basis of neutralization product liquid fertilizers containing nitrogen are obtained. The mélange mixing and hydrolysis are performed at the temperature of 10-35 DEGREE C in the suspension based on carbamide nitrate and nitric acid solution. The ratio of liquid: solid phase =(8-13):1 is maintained in the suspension, at that for mixing per 1 m3 of suspension the melange at an amount of 70-300 kg/hour and the carbamide at an amount of 15-45 kg/hour are introduced. Use of this invention allows to reduce the risk of ecological damage during failure of capacities for the mélange storage.
