The proposed device for measuring fuel flow rate in operation of an engine can be used in tractors, motor vehicles, and other machines with diesel and gasoline engines. The device contains a metallic chamber, which is divided into two sections by an impenetrable flexible diaphragm. Each section has conical shape. The diaphragm is loaded, on both sides, by springs, each of which is installed at the hole of the chamber. The diaphragm is coupled with a rod that switches on or off contacts that are inserted in the corresponding circuits of a measuring unit. The present invention provides a possibility to enhance the accuracy and serviceability of the device in measuring fuel flow rate in different ranges.
