COMPOSITE YARN OF POLYTRIMETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE FILAMENT AND WOOL AND TEXTILE CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Composite yarn containing polytrimethylene terephthalate filament and wool has excellent elasticity, elastic recovery property, solid shade property, touch and luster. The composite yarn is capable of dyeing the yarn at normal pressure and preventing physical properties of the wool from embrittling. The composite yarn is useful for a suit, casual clothes, golf wear and so on. CONSTITUTION: Composite yarn containing polytrimethylene terephthalate filament and wool is obtained by: preparing polytrimethylene terephthalate multi-filament as core yarn; preparing wool sliver covering the filament; and then combining the filament and the sliver. The polytrimethylene terephthalate multi-filament has 10-75denier and 0.05-0.08 of birefringent rate. Content of the polytrimethylene terephthalate multi-filament is 5-30wt.%.
