BONDING METHOD OF TIRE TREAD

PURPOSE: A bonding method of a tire tread is provided to have the good bonding effect and to enhance the easiness in usage by applying a peroxide solution to a bonding interface of a tread part when bonding treads. CONSTITUTION: The bonding method of a tire tread part comprises applying a peroxide solution to the bonding interfaces of a uncured tread part and then bonding. The peroxide is selected from the group consisting of dicumyl peroxide, benzoyl peroxide, 2,4-chlorobenzoyl peroxide and tert-butyl perbenzoate peroxide. The peroxide solution is made by dissolving a peroxide in a hot bath of 40 to 50 deg.C or in an organic solvent. The concentration of peroxide in the organic solvent is 5 to 90%.
