<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display device having high display characteristics. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a 1st signal line, a 1st element having a channel area including crystalline silicon and having a gate connected to the 1st signal line, a 2nd signal line connected to either one of the source and drain of the 1st element, a 2nd electrode having a channel area including crystalline silicon, a voltage supply line connected to either one of the source and drain of the 2nd element, an electrode connected to the other one of the source and drain of the 2nd element, and a drive circuit having a 3rd element having a channel forming area including crystalline silicon so as to drive at least one of the 1st and 2nd elements. In this case, a signal is supplied from the 2nd signal line to the gate of the 2nd element at least through the 1st element.</p> |
