PURPOSE: Provided are a high endurance thermoplastic polyetherester elastomer resin composition keeping flexibility, form-processing ability, and scratch-resistance and having an excellent opening property to be used as an air bag cover for a car and the air bag cover produced from the resin composition. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic polyetherester elastomer resin composition contains a polyetherester block copolymer as a main component and additionally a nucleating agent and a stabilizer as additives, wherein the polyetherester block copolymer comprises 10-90wt% of a low hardness polyetherester block copolymer having a shore hardness of 40-50D and 90-10wt% of a high hardness polyetherester block copolymer having a shore hardness of 50-63D and the nucleating agent is an alkali metal salt of phosphate having a bisphenyl ligand represented by the formula 3. And the air bag cover is formed from the high endurance thermoplastic polyetherester elastomer resin composition.
