摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inexpensively and exactly controlling the quantity of the dissolved oxygen which is dissolved in water and is useful for biogenic activity. SOLUTION: The stayed water in a water tank 8 is delivered from a water feeding hole 7 toward a pressure tank 14 by a pressure pump 15. Gaseous nitrogen and gaseous oxygen are mixed in a gas mixer 16 and the gaseous mixture is admitted and supplied by utilizing the negative pressure of the pressure pump 15 and is sent into the pressure tank 14. The gaseous mixture is dissolved in this tank and is passed through a ceramic cylinder 9 and an IR irradiator 10, by which the gaseous mixture is dissolved in the pressurized state into the water. The gaseous mixture is passed through the ceramic cylinder 9 and the IR irradiator 10, by which the gaseous mixture is subjected to activation treatment and is sent by a bubble injection nozzle 5 into a hermetic vessel 2 opened in the lower part into the water tank 8. The delivery rate of the gas is regulated by using the value detected by an oxidation reduction potential and dissolved oxygen detecting sensor disposed in the water tank, by which the delivery rate of the gas is regulated. The pressure in the pressure tank 14 is changed by changing the number of revolutions of the pressure pump 15, by which the pressure of the gas injection nozzle 5 is changed and the water of the desired dissolved oxygen quantity is obtained.</p>
