PURPOSE: A scoliosis correction instrument is provided to cure the disease occurred by an abnormal deformation of the spine such as scoliosis that the spine is bent left and right by continuous pressure, to solve the inconvenience of a patient during her/his daily life, to be easily and simply used, and to enable a thermal treatment by a far infrared radiator. CONSTITUTION: The scoliosis correction instrument comprises a reception portion(10) with a number of fixing plates(100) fixedly formed with a sheet member(110) on the upper side, an upper support portion(12) formed in the middle part and connected to be level with the fixing plate(100), a head support portion(14) and a lower support portion(16) formed on one side and the other side; a pair of supporting rods(20) longitudinally formed on the end of both sides of the fixing plate(100) forming the upper support portion(14) with a guide member, a horizontal moving member at predetermined space; and a number of correction unit(30) engaged with the guide member and the horizontal moving member to horizontally move side to side on the supporting rod(20) and for correcting the spine by an elastic operation of a pressurizing member.
