PURPOSE: Fish shaped fresh bread with high quality and a method for producing the same are provided, thereby improving the taste and quality of the fresh bread, so that all of Korean people can take and enjoy the fish shaped fresh bread. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the fish shaped fresh bread comprises the steps of: mixing 500g of corn powder and 7.125g of wheat flour; adding 1.5 g of margarine, 700g of milk powder, 30g of sweetener, 100g of spicery such as vanilla aroma, 35g of baking powder and 10g of salt into the mixture and mixing them to prepare a dough; inserting the dough into a fish-shaped mold; and baking the dough, wherein a portion of the wheat flour may be substituted by rice powder.
