APPARATUS FOR MAINTAINING CONSTANT TEMPERATURE OF HOT AIR FROM BLOWER OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for maintaining constant temperature of hot air from blower of blast furnace is provided to maintain stable furnace circumstances by preventing heat drop of blast furnace, deficiency of furnace heat supply and remaining of non-burnt pulverized coal in the furnace and maintain stable operation by preventing temperature drop of hot blast. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a hot stove heat accumulation amount measuring unit(60) for sending the measured hot stove heat accumulation amount to the central control unit by measuring a hot stove heat accumulation amount after measuring a blowing temperature(61), opening degree of a blowing temperature control valve(62) and a flue gas temperature at the end of the previous combustion cycle for a certain period of time after blowing if hot stove is changed from combustion mode to blowing mode; a single blowing mode monitoring unit(70) for sensing the single blowing mode if hot stove blowing mode is changed from parallel blowing mode to single blowing mode when monitoring the hot stove blowing mode; a combustion control unit(80) for setting combustion gas amount of hot stove by receiving heat accumulation amount correcting combustion gas amount and single blowing mode correcting combustion gas amount operated and sent from the central control unit; a hot stove exchange unit(90) for exchanging hot stoves by receiving a hot stove exchange instruction; and a central control unit(100) for sending a gas setting amount to the combustion control unit by operating hot stove operation factors received from the hot stove heat accumulation amount measuring unit and calculating a required combustion gas amount by receiving a hot stove operation method from the single blowing mode monitoring unit, and controlling the hot stove exchange unit by instructing the hot stove exchange unit to exchange hot stoves to prevent deterioration of the hot stoves if blowing temperature is lowered to a designated temperature by receiving temperature of hot blast from the hot stove heat accumulation amount measuring unit.
