PURPOSE: A system for offering labor information to repay the debt of a delayed debtor is provided to give a chance for rehabilitation to an insolvency debtor and make a credit organization enhance a credit recovery. CONSTITUTION: A server(10) operates a homepage on the Internet and stores/searches various labor related data and personal particulars data. Delayed debtor computers(20a-20n) transmit the membership subscription data inputted from the delayed debtor to the server and display a processing result of the server. A credit organization server(12) searches/transmits the searched data if the server requests the financial data for a member. A philanthropic organization computer(14) registers/requests the needed manpower and a manpower status to the server. A local self-governing organization computer(16) requests the needed manpower, the manpower status, and pays to the server by performing registration to the server. A general company computer(18) registers/requests educational career, a number of persons, labor condition, and the salary to the server in order to supplement the needed manpower. |
