发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING BURDEN DISTRIBUTION IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling burden distribution is provided which is capable of repairing the top charging facility shortly and enabling smooth increase and return of operation degree during reblowing by lowering atmospheric temperature of an upper part of blast furnace, thereby enabling repairing operation of top charging facility. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of positioning 3 to 5 charges of normal charging material layer having quantity of coke during normal blast furnace operation (normal quantity of coke) at the bottom of the blast furnace at a time point when stopping of hot blast blowing into the blast furnace is completed; positioning 9 to 11 charges of charging material layer having the highest coke increase ratio containing 35 to 45% of coke more than the normal quantity of coke on the normal charging material layer; alternately positioning 2 to 3 charges of blank coke layer and 2 to 3 charges of first ore increasing layer containing 25 to 35% of coke more than the normal quantity of coke on the charging material layer having the highest coke increase ratio, and positioning 4 to 6 charges of the first ore increasing layer on the blank coke layer and the first ore increasing layer alternately positioned on the charging material layer having the highest coke increase ratio; positioning 5 to 7 charges of second ore increasing layer containing 20 to 25% of coke more than the normal quantity of coke on the first ore increasing layer; and positioning charges of third ore increasing layer containing 15 to 20% of coke more than the normal quantity of coke on the second ore increasing layer in such a way that the final 1 to 3 charges of the third ore increasing layer are positioned in the central part of the blast furnace.
