PURPOSE: A pelvic muscle contracting exerciser is provided to generate contractile force to the pelvic muscle of a user and to allow the user to more easily adjust the contractile force. CONSTITUTION: The pelvic muscle contracting exerciser includes bedplates(24,24') having cylindrical-shaped fixed axes therebetween, a rotatory body(10), air cylinders(22) on both sides of the bedplates(24,24'), pistons and piston rods(15) inserted into cases, expansion springs between the piston rods, cables(16) fixed to the ends of the piston roads(15) that are connected to cable hooks(17), an air cylinder(26) mounted on a chair(3), a bar(23) mounted on the top end of the air cylinder(26), an air hose(25) connected to discharges of the air cylinders(22), and an adjusting handle(20) for adjusting contractile force.
