PURPOSE: A web offering system is provided to enable a user to access web pages with simple operation by using a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: The portable terminal includes an antenna(20), a wireless part(21), a control part(22) processing control of each part or certification by including an MPU(Micro Processing Unit), a storing part(23), and an MMI(Man-Machine Interface)(24) comprising a display screen or a dial key. The storing part stores telephone number information(23A), which is a subscriber number list, and the URL(Uniform Resource Locator)(23B) for the web page related to the user of the portable terminal. Selecting/operating the telephone number information, the portable terminal accesses the web page matched with the URL.
