PURPOSE: A rear air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to maximize a cooling and heating function to the upper part of the body of a passenger in the back seat. CONSTITUTION: A rear ventilating path(107) receives cooling and heating ventilation flow from a main blower of a front air conditioning system using a space of a lower floor(105) between a driver's seat(101) and a seat next to a driver. A rear ventilating duct(109) is connected with the rear ventilating path and is arranged at a center lower part of a back seat(125) toward the back seat. An auxiliary blower(111) is installed on one side of the rear ventilating path. A back ventilating path(115) is formed inside the back of the driver's seat and the seat next to a driver. A connecting hose(117) connects one side of the rear ventilating path with the back ventilating path. A ventilating amount control element is formed at a front connected with the rear ventilating duct on the rear ventilating path for controlling a supply amount of cooling and heating ventilation flow supplied to the rear ventilating duct.
