PURPOSE: An interlayer noise isolation method of a multiple-storied building is provided to cut off the transfer of interlayer noise or heat excellently and to be portable for human being by occurrence of infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: The interlayer noise isolation method of a multiple-storied building is completed by forming an interlayer structure which partitions each story of a multiple-storied building by placing a sound-insulating layer between a base floor layer(1) and a finishing concrete layer(2). Wherein the sound-insulating layer comprises a honeycomb(31) installed on the base floor layer(1) and an expanded vermiculite layer(32) filled up in the partition space of the honeycomb(31).
